We may be virtual this year, but don’t let that stop from you from doing the actual 7 Bridges Walk. We recommend you start your walk in the morning to give yourself plenty of time to do a full loop. Use our map to plan your route which covers the Anzac Bridge, Iron Cove Bridge, the Gladesville Bridge, Tarban Creek Bridge, Fig Tree Bridge and the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

2. Manly to Spit Bridge Walk

Explore the beauty of Sydney’s shoreline with the Manly to Spit Bridge Coastal walk. You’ll get the perfect mix of the harbour, bushland, and ocean views, along with ancient Aboriginal rock engravings and stunning mansions. The walk is 10km one way and takes about three to four hours to complete.

3. The Bay Run

The Bay Run is a 7km continuous circuit around Iron Cove that passes through Rozelle, Lilyfield, Haberfield, Five Dock and Drummoyne. 4. Bondi to Coogee Walk

This iconic walk takes in five beaches along Sydney’s eastern suburbs, starting with Bondi and ending at Coogee. Not only will you get sweeping vistas of the beaches, but the 6km track includes sandstone cliffs, rock pools, parks and if you’re lucky, dolphins. Don’t worry about packing food as there are various cafes along the way. The walk takes about two to three hours to complete.

5. Coastal Track, Royal National Park

The Coastal Track in the Royal National Park is 26km one way and it can be done either in one full day if you’re very fit, or over two days. Alternatively, you can simply do a portion.
