An AFP member is set to appear in Blacktown Court today (4 December, 2024).
The member will face a charge of one count of destroying or damaging property (DV), contrary to section 195 of the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW).
They were served with a Court Attendance Notice by the NSW Police Force on 17 November, 2024, to appear before court today (4 December, 2024).
