Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Andrew Harris.
The 30-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to burglary, dishonesty, breach of bail, possessing a drug of dependence and possessing an imitation firearm offences.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Southbank, South Melbourne, St Kilda and Boroondara areas.
Investigators have released an image of Harris in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Harris is Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall, with a solid build and short black hair.
Harris has distinctive tattoos, including a razor blade on his right check, a neck tattoo stating, ‘dead men tell no tales’, and various other tattoos on his arms and hands.
