The City of Swan’s Annual Electors Meeting for 2020 will not be held in December as in previous years, due to an Order by the Minister for Local Government currently in place due to COVID-19 and in the interest of public health and safety.
The Order under the Local Government Act 1995 states that general meetings of electors cannot be held by local governments while the State of Emergency declaration is in force.
The City will advise of the date once the State of Emergency has been lifted.
In the meantime, you can continue to have your say through community consultation processes, contact with individual councillors, meetings and direct correspondence to the City.
