ANZ today announced it has agreed to divest its Share Investment Lending portfolio to Leveraged Equities, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.
The divestment is consistent with ANZ’s simplification agenda and the financial impact is not material to ANZ.
