Ashurst advises KeyPay on sale to Employment Hero

Global law firm Ashurst acted for the four founders of KeyPay on the sale of all their shares in KeyPay to human resources software developer Employment Hero Holdings Pty Ltd. 

KeyPay is a leading automated payroll compliance software provider with operations in Australia, the UK and New Zealand.
