AusCycling announces Sunshine Coast will host 2021 National Masters Road Championships

Today, AusCycling confirmed the 2021 National Masters Road Championships will be held on the Sunshine Coast on October 8-11, 2021

AusCycling General Manager – Events & Racing, Kipp Kaufman was excited by the opportunity to confirm the National Championships for 2021. “By confirming the Championships locations and dates will provide certainty to riders and their supporters,” Mr Kaufman said.

Economy Portfolio Councillor Jason O’Pray said hosting the 2021 Masters Road Championships was an exciting first for the Sunshine Coast.

“As home to the Australian Cycling Academy, we are keen to welcome Australia’s best masters cyclists for the 2021 championships to showcase not only the stunning natural assets we are known for, like the Glass House Mountains and Mooloolaba Beach, but our world class cycling training facility,” Cr O’Pray said.

This event is presented by Aus Cycling and sponsored by Sunshine Coast Council.
