Following the sell-out success of Chapter 1, Griffith businesses are being encouraged to register quickly for the remaining places available in Chapter 2 of the Griffith Business Playbook on Tuesday, 23 June 2026.
While Chapter 2 sold out by the end of April, a small number of cancellations have created a final opportunity for local business owners and operators to take part in the free workshop series.
Delivered in partnership by Griffith City Council, Griffith Business Chamber and Griffith Women in Business, the Griffith Business Playbook was developed in response to feedback from the Griffith Business Survey, equipping businesses with practical skills to build confidence, capability and long-term resilience.
Chapter 2 Understanding Financial Reports with Confidence, will be facilitated by Rebecca Crombie of Crombie Accounting and will help participants better understand the financial side of running a business.
Attendees will learn how to interpret profit and loss statements and balance sheets, understand cost accounting, set financial benchmarks and apply their knowledge through practical activities and worked examples.
Chapter 2: Understanding Financial Reports with Confidence will be held Tuesday, 23 June 2026, 6pm to 8.30pm at the Gem Function Centre.
