Orange City Council is calling for a consultant as a new industrial estate on the former saleyards site is designed.
Consultancy Services for Development Application and Subdivision Infrastructure Design for 10 Lot Industrial Subdivision – Former Orange Saleyards Redevelopment Site
Orange City Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to:
- develop an industrial estate design,
- prepare the subdivision Development Application (including all relevant studies to allow submission of the Development Application),
- and once the Development Application (DA) is approved, design the infrastructure associated with the industrial subdivision consistent with the DA conditions of consent.
The consultancy is to provide to Council a package of documentation that can be used to tender for the construction of the subdivision and a plan of subdivision.
