Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Chris Morihouitis.
The 31-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to theft offences.
Morihouitis is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 185-190cm tall with a medium build and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Wallan and Lalor areas.
Investigators have released an image of Morihouitis in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
