Under the management of Commissioners in July 2020 the City of Perth undertook a Culture Survey of staff working at the City.
The survey was undertaken to close out the Commissioners tenure at the City and provide a baseline for the new Council and senior leadership moving forward.
Since this survey was undertaken, the City of Perth has embarked on a new chapter with the appointment of Michelle Reynolds as CEO and the election of Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas and eight Councillors.
Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas said that the survey looks to the past.
“We know there is a lot to do and as part of the new leadership I will be working with Councillors and the CEO to build the culture and ensure accountability of our City.”
