Any person who made a submission in writing by close of community engagement on 19 September 2023 into 65A Power Avenue Chadstone and made a request to be heard in support of their submission will be able to do so at this meeting. The Committee of Council meeting will be at 6.30pm on 10 October 2023 at the Monash City Council Civic Centre, 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley.
After considering all submissions, Council will decide whether to proceed with the proposed agreement for lease and lease with HousingFirst Limited for the provision of social housing on this site.
