Concerns are held for the welfare of Erin Hodge, 39, of Penguin who was last seen on 31 May.
Police believe Erin may be in the Launceston area and are asking people who have seen Erin or know where she might be to contact police.
Erin is described as 165cm, of medium build with blonde hair.
Anyone with information should contact Ulverstone Police on 131444.
