The following development application is on exhibition from Monday 14 February, 2022. Submissions must be received by 5pm on Monday, 28 February, 2022.
DA 1/2022(1) – 235 Shiralee Road, ORANGE
The proposal involves subdivision of the existing parcel to create 4 residential lots. The existing dwelling will be excised on a separate lot, and 3 additional lots will be created. The subdivision does not involve a new road: the proposed lots will have frontage and access to Shiralee Road, or shared private access over a battleaxe driveway. The proposed lots will be “Large Lots” under the Shiralee Masterplan, and range in area between 2,548sqm and 8,428sqm.
