Lemon and Pineapple Sparkler mocktail for dry July

If you’re going Dry this July, we have this refreshing mocktail recipe for you. Introducing the Luscious Lemon and Pineapple Sparkler.

This delightful lemon and pineapple sparkler will transport you to a tropical island and leave you feeling refreshed the next day. We think it tastes so good, you’ll be reaching for this recipe well after Dry July is over.

Now, let’s jump into the mocktail recipe!

Ingredients and tools:

A handful of ice

½ cup fresh or canned pineapple, diced, plus slices for garnish

2 tsp lemon juice, plus lemon slices for garnish

2 tbs coconut water

1-2 tsp sugar (optional)

250 mL sparkling water with a hint of mango

Method:

1. In a large jar or glass, combine ice, pineapple, lemon juice, coconut water and sugar (if using). Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

2. Pour the flavoured sparkling water into the jar or glass, filling it to the top.

3. Garnish the mocktail with pineapple and lemon slices.

4. Stir gently to mix the flavours.

5. Enjoy!
