Police are investigating a fatal fire which occurred in Sunshine West this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to a fire at a residence above a commercial premise on Glengala Road about 4.20pm.
Sadly, a body was located inside the residence.
A man was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A crime scene has been established.
Fire investigators will be attending the scene to determine the cause of the fire, which is undetermined at this stage.
