Police are investigating after two men forced their way into a home in Parkwood this evening.
Just after 7pm two men, one of whom was armed with a metal pole, forced their way into a home on Fortuna Place, demanding money.
The men then threw a number of items at a male occupant, before damaging a number of vehicles and fleeing the scene in a light-coloured SUV.
A man aged in his 40s received minor injuries during the incident but did not require transportation to hospital.
The two men are described as Caucasian in appearance, aged in their 30s and were last seen wearing dark-coloured hooded jumpers.
