Marine Safety Act 2010
NOTICE SPECIFYING AN ACTIVITY EXCLUSION ZONE
I, Cameron Toy, Director Maritime Safety acting in my capacity as delegate of Safe Transport Victoria, pursuant to section 208 of the Marine Safety Act 2010, by this notice prohibits:
- all persons, other than members, officers or personnel of Victoria Police, Victoria State Emergency Service, Victorian Fisheries Authority, Swan Hill Rural City Council, Goulburn Murray Water and Safe Transport Victoria, and
- all vessels, other than those operated by Victoria Police, Victoria State Emergency Service, Victorian Fisheries Authority, Swan Hill Rural City Council, Goulburn Murray Water and Safe Transport Victoria, and vessels expressly authorised by members, officers or personnel of Victoria Police, Victoria State Emergency Service, Victorian Fisheries Authority, Swan Hill Rural City Council, Goulburn Murray Water and Safe Transport Victoria, from entering, or remaining in, the following State waters:
- Lake Boga.
This notice comes into effect at 12.00 am on 30 November 2022 and remains in effect until 12.00 am on 14 December 2022.
