Expressions of interest for AFAC19 – A shift to the new norm: riding the wave of change are now open.

CFA is supporting volunteers and employees to attend the 2019 AFAC Conference, 28 to 29 August in Melbourne.
In addition to the CFA speakers on the conference program, there are additional positions available for attendees:
- 1 volunteer per District
- 1 employee per Region
- 5 HQ-based employees
About AFAC19
This year’s conference will explore how the emergency management sector is transitioning to a new normality.
The program will focus on how our communities, environments and systems are evolving and adapting to change. As we reflect, learn and evaluate, how do we adjust to the new norm?
The conference will focus on the following six themes:
- Changing Culture
- Changing Communities
- Changing World
- Changing Ourselves
- Changing Tools
- Changing Capability
