A woman has died following a boating incident in Chelmer this afternoon.
Preliminary investigations indicate around 4.40pm an aluminium dinghy was travelling on the Brisbane River when the vessel has hit a private jetty.
A 21-year-old Ipswich woman died at the scene. Two men and a child were transported to hospital with minor injuries.
Investigations are continuing.
