The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating after a man died when his motorcycle crashed at Waterford earlier today, August 7.
Initial investigations indicate that around 10am, the motorbike rider was travelling on Waterford Tamborine Road when it left the road.
The 47-year-old male rider from Logan Village was initially treated by paramedics but died at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the incident and is appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash or may have relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
