He was refused bail to appear before Wagga Wagga Local Court (Wednesday 26 January 2022), where he was formally refused bail, and will reappear before Leeton Local court on Tuesday 15 February 2022.

The woman was released after being given a field court attendance notice for drug possession. A court date is yet to be determined.
