Yarra Ranges Crime Investigation Unit detectives have interviewed four boys following a fire in Montrose on Saturday, 15 March.
Emergency services were called to reports of a fire at Dr Ken Leversha Reserve about 2pm.
The fire quickly spread and caused damage to nearby properties.
Four boys from the Yarra Ranges have since been interviewed by detectives this week.
They were released pending further investigation.
Detectives are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
