The number of lives lost on the State’s roads has been amended to 49 following investigations into a fatal crash at Gillman last month.
The incident occurred just after on Monday 18 May, on the Port River Expressway after a truck hit a pedestrian.
Following an investigation, the 50-year-old man’s death will not be counted in the ‘Lives Lost’ road total.
The number of Lives lost on the State’s road is now 49 compared with 50 at the same time last year.
