HBF Selects Oracle to Support Digital Transformation

HBF, Western Australia’s largest private health insurer, has chosen Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) to support its digital transformation.The move is part of a wider technology investment by the company to modernise its systems and processes as it pushes to deliver the very best experiences to its member, employees and providers, and become one of the country’s largest health insurance companies.

HBF currently has more than one million members and a strong reputation in Western Australia for its excellent customer service and support. With Oracle Health Insurance as the core platform across its health insurance products, HBF has the ability to grow its membership and expand its services throughout Australia.
