Homicide detectives appeal for assistance with Sydenham homicide

Homicide Squad detectives are appealing for public assistance following the death of a 77-year-old woman in Sydenham yesterday morning (6 April).

Vicki Ramadan’s body was discovered by a neighbour about 9.45am inside her Marlborough Way home.

The exact cause of her death is yet to be determined however it is being treated as suspicious.

Detectives believe Vicki was last seen on Friday 29 March when she was dropped home by a neighbour after she was found wandering the street disorientated.

Vicki frequently attends nearby shopping centre’s including Watergarden’s and was a regular user of public transport, including buses and taxi’s..

Detectives have released an image of Vicki from 2016 in the hope that anyone who saw her anytime between 29 March and 6 April will come forward.
