Police have seized multiple imitation firearms, drugs and knives after executing a warrant in Warrnambool on Monday.
Officers from Warrnambool Divisional Tasking Unit, with assistance of members from Critical Incident Response Team, Warrnambool Crime Investigation Unit and Hamilton Crime Investigation Unit executed a search warrant at a Crawley Street address about 5am.
Police seized three imitation pistols, a gel gun, an imitation sawn-off shotgun, an imitation rifle, two knives and a quantity of drugs including cannabis and prescription medication.
Two people were arrested at the address.
A 33-year-old Warrnambool man was charged with seven weapons offences including being a prohibited person possessing an imitation firearm.
A 27-year-old Warrnambool man was charged with multiple drug-related offences.
They were both bailed to face Warrnambool Magistrates’ Court on 15 June.
