Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jamie Robert Stoddart.
The 41-year-old man is wanted on warrant in relation to driving offences.
Stoddart is described as being about 175cm tall with a medium build, brown eyes, brown hair, a beard and an earring in his left ear.
He is known to frequent the Berwick area.
Investigators have released an image of Stoddart in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
