Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a serious crash that occurred in Jandakot early this morning, Wednesday 12 May 2021.
About 2.05am, a silver Holden Berlina sedan being driven by a 17-year-old girl, failed to negotiate roadworks on the Kwinana Freeway and struck a stationary Isuzu truck (water tanker).
The 17-year-old driver and a 20-year-old male rear passenger received serious head injuries and were conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.
An 18-year-old woman who was a front passenger in the vehicle received minor injuries.
