KPMG completes Ferrier Hodgson merger

KPMG Australia is now offering one of the nation’s leading Restructuring Services and Forensic Advisory businesses, after announcing the successful completion of its merger with Ferrier Hodgson.

KPMG has acquired Ferrier Hodgson’s business located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. The deal delivers an expanded national presence in a combined operation that includes 27 partners and more than 200 specialists across Australia

The merged business will be co-led by KPMG’s National Head of Restructuring Services, Matthew Woods, and Ferrier Hodgson Practice Leader, James Stewart. They will be supported by a leadership team of senior partners from both firms.
