Around 3:45pm, Joint Emergency Service Communication Centre received reports of a large grass fire along Tiger Brennan Drive and Tivendale Road. Tiger Brennan Drive was subsequently closed in both directions due to the extreme smoke hazard across the highway and to allow firefighting operations.
