A man has died following a fatal crash in Moorong – near Wagga Wagga today.
Just after 3am (Monday 11 November 2019), emergency services were called to the Olympic Highway, near Red Hill Road, after reports of a single vehicle accident.
Police believe the car left the road and hit a tree.
The driver, aged 60, died at the scene.
Officers from Riverina Police District established a crime scene and are making inquiries with a 59-year-old woman who was in the car prior to the crash.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
