Police will prepare a report for the Coroner following the death of a man after a house fire in Flemington on Thursday.
Emergency services were called to the unit fire on Dover Street about 9.40pm.
The 68-year-old Flemington man sustained life-threatening injuries and later died in hospital.
His death is not being treated as suspicious.
