Man dies after stabbing – Miller

A man has died as investigations continue into a stabbing in Sydney’s south-west.

Just after 9pm on Sunday 1 October 2023, emergency services were called to Woodward Crescent, Miller, following reports of a stabbing.

On arrival, officers from Liverpool City Police Area Command found an 18-year-old man suffering serious wounds to his neck.

Responding officers performed CPR before the man was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition.

A short time later, a 19-year-old man presented to Liverpool Hospital, suffering stab wounds to his back.

A crime scene was established, and investigations commenced into the circumstances surrounding the incidents under Strike Force Tibble.

Strike force investigators were notified that the 18-year-old man passed away in hospital over the weekend.

As Strike Force Tibble continue their inquiries, anyone with further information is urged to come forward.
