A man has died after a two-vehicle collision on the Central Coast this morning.
The crash, involving a stolen Land Rover Discovery and a Kia Rio, occurred on the Wyong Road, near the intersection of Beckingham Road at Berkeley Vale about 4.40am (Tuesday 15 January 2019)
The male driver and sole occupant of the Kia Rio died at the scene.
The driver of the Land Rover ran from the crash scene. He is believed to be aged in his 20s and at the time he was last seen, was wearing no shirt.
Investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit are continuing their inquiries into the events leading up to the crash.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner
