Manningham Council
On 28 February, Melbourne Water submitted a formal request to Manningham Council for a Planning Scheme Amendment under Section 20(2) of the Planning and Environment Act, 1987.
This corrective amendment request seeks to remove or amend the extent of the SBO1 flood overlay in the Manningham Planning Scheme from properties in and around Hillcroft Drive.
Council will formally consider the request and whether to seek authorisation from the Minister for Planning at its 26 April 2022 meeting.
