Council is excited to announce the community members appointed to help shape stage three of the Berridale Masterplan project, which aims to transform and revitalise the Heart of the Snowies and help shape future development.

The Berridale Masterplan Stage 3 Project Engagement Group (PEG) is made up of community volunteers and chaired by Council’s Project Manager Gary Finn.

Funded under Round 4 of the NSW Government’s Stronger Country Communities Fund, this stage of the Berridale Masterplan aims to create a unified, accessible, sustainable and coherent landscape in the Berridale Village Centre.

This will be achieved through upgrades to traffic infrastructure and drainage, landscape improvements, improved pedestrian access, formalisation of the creek and improvements and integration of open spaces.

Berridale belongs to its community, and the PEG provides a crucial interface between Council and the Berridale community as planning and work proceeds on this project.
