Model terms for enterprise agreements and copied State instruments

Under the Closing Loopholes Act we are required to make new model terms for enterprise agreements and copied State instruments. The Full Bench has issued a statement with the draft terms for comment.

The President of the Commission issued a timetable to facilitate a comprehensive and inclusive consultation process on 26 September 2024. The consultation is to ensure that all stakeholders have an opportunity to contribute to the development of the model terms.

The draft terms published today consider the views of the peak councils and other interested parties who have made submissions during the consultation process.
