Monash Expert: Federal legislation takes effect for 10 days of paid domestic violence leave

A Monash University expert is available to discuss the federal Fair Work Amendment (Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave) Act 2022 that comes into effect today and gives employees access to up to 10 days of paid domestic violence leave annually.
