Orange Council
Orange’s newest street is called Clontarf Close.
Under state regulations (Section 162 of the Roads Act 1993) Orange City Council is required to inform the community about new street names by placing an item on the council website.
The new street is the central road in a new housing subdivision.
Clontarf Close is a cul-de-sac proposed to extend west off of Ploughmans Lane.
The new road then runs south, running parallel to Ploughmans Lane.
