3 Gregson Avenue, 5 Gregson Avenue and 32B Forster Street, New Town

The Hobart City Council Planning Committee has deferred a development application for communal residence and associated works for 3 Gregson Avenue, 5 Gregson Avenue and 32B Forster Street, New Town.

The proposal includes the construction of a two-storey building on the currently vacant site at 3 Gregson Avenue to operate as a communal residence, specifically a residential care facility.

90 Melville Street, Hobart, and Adjacent Road Reserve

The Hobart City Council Planning Committee has approved a development application for demolition, new building for business and professional services and vehicle parking and associated works for 90 Melville Street, Hobart, and adjacent road reserve.

The proposal includes the demolition of the existing building on the site and construction of a new building comprising three below-ground levels of 107 car parking spaces and storage and eight above-ground levels of commercial office space.
