In response to the establishment of National University Corporation Institute of Science Tokyo, October 1 2024, Tokyo Institute of Technology and Tokyo Medical and Dental University convened a joint selection meeting for the head of the new corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Meeting”), February 22, 2024. The selection criteria and methods, term of office, and other matters have been decided and hereby announced.
Candidates for the head of the integrated corporation are required to meet the qualifications, abilities, etc. described in the “Selection Criteria for the Inaugural Head of National University Corporation Institute of Science Tokyo” (see below) established by the Joint Meeting.
The head’s term of office will be from October 1, 2024 to March 31, 2028. Nominations and applications must be received between February 26(Monday) and March 21 (Thursday), 2024.
