As stated by Youth Minister Simone McGurk:

“As Minister for Youth, I meet so many young Western Australians making positive contributions to our community. It’s important that we take the time to celebrate them and their achievements.

“It’s up to all of us to nominate young people doing great things, so they can get the recognition they deserve, and continue their great work.

“I encourage Western Australians to uplift the young people in their community who are making a difference and nominate them for the 2023 Youth Awards.”
