NSW police appeal for information into malicious damage of jewellery store at Forbes

Police are appealing for the public’s assistance in identifying a man who they believe can assist with an investigation into the malicious damage of a shopfront in the state’s Central West.

About 1.07am on Monday 12 August 2019, a glass panel of a jewellery store on Rankin Street at Forbes was damaged by an unknown object.

Following inquiries, officers attached to Central West Police District wish to speak with the person depicted in this CCTV footage who was seen running from the location at the time of the incident.

The person is described as being male of a large build, between 25 to 35 years old, Caucasian in appearance with no facial hair. At the time of the incident he was wearing a cream coloured hooded jumper with dark coloured pants and black shoes.
