NSW police appeal to locate teenage girl in Sydney CBD

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing in the Sydney CBD.

Maddison Sawka-Finn – aged 15 – was last seen walking north along Kent Street, Sydney, after 10pm yesterday (Thursday 14 October 2021).

She was reported missing to officers from Sydney City Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries to locate her.

She has not been seen or heard from since and police hold concerns for her welfare.

Initial inquiries suggest Maddison may still be in the Sydney CBD area and may also be in the company of a man – believed to be in his late 30s.

Maddison is also known to frequent the Charlestown area and Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

She is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 180-185cm tall, of slim build, with a tanned complexion, long black hair and brown eyes.

Maddison was last seen wearing a black long-sleeve button-up jacket, dark-coloured pants, black socks, black slides with a white motif and sunglasses.
