Three teenage boys have been arrested after the stabbing of a fourth teenager at Kellyville this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Wrights Road Reserve just before 4pm (Tuesday 10 September 2019).
The circumstances leading up to the teenage boy being stabbed in the abdomen are unclear at this time.
He was taken by road ambulance to the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. He is understood to be in a stable condition.
A crime scene at Wrights Road Reserve has been established.
