Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash on State Highway 12, near Omanaia.
Police were called about 2.20pm.
Initial reports indicate one person has critical injuries, and another has serious injuries.
Following the crash a scrub fire has broken out.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
