WA Police are investigating an incident that occurred in the carpark of Success Hill Reserve, Seventh Avenue in Bassendean on Wednesday, 25 August 2021.
Around 12.45pm, a woman pulled into the carpark when an unknown man approached the passenger side window of her vehicle and proceeded to commit an indecent act.
Police are seeking to identify the man pictured below, who they believe can assist them with this investigation.
