A police officer has been charged following investigations by police in the state’s south.
The senior constable – attached to a command in the Southern Region – was charged with intimidation.
The charges relate to an incident on Monday 28 February 2022.
Following inquiries, the officer was yesterday (Wednesday 13 July 2022) issued a court attendance notice for the offence and is due to appear at Port Kembla Local Court on Wednesday 31 August 2022.
