Police appeal to locate man missing from Penrith 2 January

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s west.

Lance McIntyre, aged 18, was last seen at a home on Berridale Avenue, South Penrith, at 1:30am today (Tuesday 2 January 2024).

Officers from Nepean Police Area Command were notified at 8:30am today (Tuesday 2 January 2024) and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Family and police hold concerns for Lance’s welfare as he is significantly visually impaired requiring glasses and a cane, and doesn’t have those items with him.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm tall, of thin build, with brown shoulder length hair.

The teenager was last wearing a white/grey shirt with a cartoon lion on the front and navy shorts, and is believed to frequent the Penrith area.

Anyone with information into Lance’s whereabouts is urged to contact Penrith Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
